Return & Exchange

We are happy to offer returns & exchanges for any defective items that you have purchased on, provided that the following conditions are met:

1) Item purchased has a manufacturing defect or damage caused by delivery.
2) Photo of the defect(s) within 5 days from receipt of delivery/collection.

Kindly include the order number and clear snapshots of the defects or damages to admin@saltandsweeter.comOur team will get back to you within 3 working days. 

Incorrect Merchandise

If you have received the wrong item(s) or that your order is incomplete, please contact us at with your order number so that we may assist you. Please note that items must be unopened and unused and in their original packaging. If the correct item is no longer available, we reserve the right to issue store credit or a cash refund to you instead.
